Unionist Criticizes Frequent Executive Director Reshuffles in Namibian Ministries

Unionist Mahongora Kavihuha  slammed the constant reshuffling of executive directors across government ministries, calling it a “political conspiracy” that bypasses legal procedures and threatens institutional stability. He warns that these leadership changes trickle down to lower-level civil servants, creating uncertainty and undermining service delivery. Kavihuha urges the Public Service Commission to act independently, follow the law, and restore trust in Namibia’s civil service.
