Stanley Ndara says regional fisheries crime centre nears full operation

The SADC fisheries crime coordination centre in Mozambique is expected to become fully operational before the end of the year. Regional leaders say the facility will strengthen efforts to combat illegal fishing and improve maritime enforcement cooperation.
