Ovaherero leader rejects claims of division, renews genocide declaration criticism

An Ovaherero traditional authority leader says the ongoing leadership dispute is a legal disagreement rather than evidence of division within the community. Rirua Komeheke has also renewed calls for descendants of genocide victims to be directly represented in negotiations over the Namibia-Germany joint declaration.
