The Ministry of Finance has increased the age limit for the National Youth Development Fund, opening opportunities for Namibians aged 36–45 to access business funding. Political analyst Johannes Sakaria says while the move is inclusive, older applicants may face tougher competition and need strong business plans to succeed.
