Naretu calls for modern transport laws while backing voluntary blood donation

The Namibian Revolutionary Transport Union says blood donation campaigns in the transport industry should remain voluntary while protecting the health and safety of drivers. The union is also pushing for reforms to outdated transport laws, arguing they unfairly penalise drivers for vehicle defects beyond their control.
