FUEL CLARITY… Industries, Mines and Energy Minister Modestus Amutse says the government’s temporary anti-fuel hoarding directive is aimed at curbing panic buying and stabilising fuel consumption, not blocking legitimate users from accessing fuel in containers. Amutse says farmers, tourists travelling to remote areas, and stranded motorists may still buy fuel in containers where there is a genuine need.
