IPC prepares to resubmit no-confidence motion against speaker

The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) is preparing to resubmit its motion of no confidence against National Assembly speaker Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, but says the timing will depend on legal consultations and opposition numbers. IPC parliamentarian Michael Mulunga says the objective is not necessarily to remove the speaker, but to ensure parliamentary business is conducted fairly and according to the rules.
