Speed humps are being installed along Windhoek’s B1 Western Bypass and A1 road following a spike in pedestrian-related crashes.
Minister of works and transport Veikko Nekundi says accidents have “reached the level where we must take drastic measures to save lives,” urging both motorists and pedestrians to prioritise safety.
