Ganja Users of Namibia call for decriminalisation of personal cannabis use

Ganja Users of Namibia is urging the government to decriminalise personal cannabis possession and reform the country’s drug laws. Secretary general Boro Ndugula says drug users should be treated as patients rather than criminals, calling for a public health approach to drug use.
