The defence in the terrorism case against Jonah Angula says incomplete disclosure, including untranslated Arabic evidence, is delaying the trial and undermining the accused’s right to a fair hearing. Defence lawyer Joas Neemwatya wants the public to hear the testimony of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) witness, even if the witness’s identity remains protected.
