Hyphen Hydrogen Energy (Hyphen) has appointed Victoria Pieters as its head of human resources and Titus Kanyanda as its finance manager.

Pieters has over 24 years of experience in human resources and brings a unique blend of expertise to Hyphen.

She has a bachelor of technology in human resource management and certifications in management development and international labour standards.

Pieters has worked at Skorpion Zinc, ABB and G4S Namibia.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the Hyphen team. I am keen to leverage my experience to drive human resource strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals, and make this Green Hydrogen project a reality,” she says.

Meanwhile, Kanyanda is a chartered accountant with a master of business administration.

With more than ten years experience in finance and business operations, his financial management expertise, gained from auditing, mining, oil and gas logistics, and agribusiness, means Kanyanda has the necessary skills to lead Hyphen’s finance department.

“I am honoured and excited to join Hyphen and contribute to its overall success. I am eager to collaborate with the team to ensure the sound financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives,” says Kanyanda.
