City of Windhoek conducts customer satisfaction survey

Written by on May 20, 2024

The City of Windhoek aims to improve the quality of its service delivery through a customer satisfaction survey conducted from 2 to 24 May.

The primary purpose is to deliver core services to Windhoek residents, reads a notice by the City of Windhoek.

The survey will be conducted primarily through in-person visits to the municipality’s frontline service points, such as cash halls and customer care offices.

Field workers will also be stationed at various locations to collect data, and residents are encouraged to engage with them to share their feedback.

“The survey will focus on a number of metrics, including response times, rates of resolving issues and the quality of interactions between residents and [municipal] staff,” notes the City of Windhoek.

The information will help to identify areas for improvement and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in service delivery, noted the municipality.

Field workers can be identified by their City of Windhoek-branded clothing and official identity cards. Residents are advised that no municipal workers will be conducting residential visits as part of the survey.
