IPPR calls for greater transparency in Namibia’s fishing sector

Institute for Public Policy Research executive director Graham Hopwood is calling for greater transparency in Namibia’s fishing sector, including the publication of fishing rights, quotas and beneficial ownership information. Hopwood says the government must move beyond discussions and take concrete action to improve accountability in the industry.
