Residents advised to deal directly with city as RedForce contract ends

The Khomas Residents and Ratepayers Association says Windhoek residents should no longer sign new debt repayment agreements with RedForce Debt Management following the end of its debt collection contract with the city. Chairperson Immanuel Aochamub is urging residents with outstanding municipal accounts to work directly with the city’s debt management department to arrange repayments.
