Gobabis residents oppose sale of 100 plots to private developer

Gobabis residents are challenging the municipality’s decision to sell 100 unserviced residential plots to a private developer, saying locals who have waited years for land should have been prioritised. Community activist Jeraldo Eiseb says the process lacked meaningful public consultation and has called for the sale to be stopped.
