Pius Dunaiski calls for implementation of Namibia-China agreements

Former diplomat Pius Dunaiski says the real measure of president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah’s visit to China will be the implementation of agreements signed between the two countries. He believes stronger monitoring and public accountability are needed to ensure the deals translate into meaningful economic benefits for Namibia.
