TUCNA Secretary General Mahongora Kavihuha says Namibia must strengthen protections for workers following concerns raised in the 2026 Global Rights Index. Speaking from the International Labour Conference in Geneva, he called for reforms to strike regulations, collective bargaining laws and social protection systems.
