Government says its emergency fuel supply agreement with Vitol could save Namibia more than N$300 million per month and help prevent fuel price increases. Industries, Mines and Energy Minister Modestus Amutse says the arrangement is intended to protect consumers while government explores longer-term fuel supply solutions.
