Khomas pupils still without school placements weeks into 2026

Despite the 2026 academic year being underway, several children across the Khomas region remain without school placements, sitting at home while classrooms elsewhere are already full. Parents are calling on the education Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture to urgently introduce temporary classrooms or tents.
