Health experts warn against ‘jumping’ vapes

Health experts are raising alarm over a growing trend among young vape users, known as ‘jumping’ vape devices. This involves that batteries are tampered with to force them to work or charge, posing serious risks such as electric shock, toxic exposure, burns and explosions.

Speaking to Desert FM, Dr Ismael Katjitae explained the dangers of smoking a ‘jumped’ vape and its harmful effects on the body.
