Swapo candidate Rothney Ngeenguno is contesting for constituency councillor on a platform of inclusive governance, transparency and sustainable development, pledging to put people before politics.

However, Aminuis faces tough realities: chronic water shortages, high unemployment, and growing concern over proposed uranium mining.
