ECN receives backlash from political parties

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has sparked backlash from political parties after informing them that they will have to cover their own travel expenses to South Africa to observe the printing of ballot papers for the upcoming regional council and local authority elections.
Among the most vocal critics is Landless People’s Movement parliamentarian Eneas Emvula, who has described the move as “disrespectful to democracy”. He speaks to Desert FM to share more.
