Ahead of the November 2025 Regional and Local Authority Elections, Swapo’s candidate for the Kalahari Constituency Seth Borry Katjiuanjo has promised major development if elected succeeding long-serving councillor Ignatius Kariseb.
Katjiuanjo said he would focus on service delivery, infrastructure, agriculture and youth empowerment to turn Kalahari into a hub of progress.
He outlined his goals in an interview with Desert FM.
