A 21-year-old Windhoek woman Vakauana Kapuire has filed a police case at Katutura Police Station after allegedly being assaulted by a taxi driver over the weekend. The incident reportedly began over a dispute about a drop off zone in the city centre highlighting ongoing tensions between drivers and passengers.
