Nandi-Ndaitwah’s new ambassadors questioned

President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Thursday appointed 10 new ambassadors, with some arguing it strengthens Namibia’s diplomatic capacity in a time of global uncertainty, while others see it as recycling old comrades at the expense of young talent.
