Ndjambi Kaujeua on repatriation efforts of Jackson Kaujeua Jr’s remains

The family of the late musician Jackson Kaujeua Junior is raising funds to repatriate his body from Norway, where he sadly passed away this past Sunday after an illness. Jackson Jnr, son of liberation struggle icon Jackson Kaujeua, followed in his father’s footsteps but created his own voice in folk and traditional music. His songs carried both tribute and originality, resonating with many who valued his artistry and his heritage.

The family is now working to raise N$200,000 to bring him home for burial in his village, with the date set for the 27th of this month depending on the availability of funds.
