Oshakati Constituency Councillor Abner Shikongo expressed deep concern following a visit to the Omakakala cemetery at Oshinyadhila No. 1, where several graves were found desecrated.
Describing the incident as shocking and inhumane, Shikongo urged community members to uphold the values of dignity and compassion, and to respect the final resting places of the deceased.
