As the countdown to the 2025 Regional and Local Authority Elections continues, concerns are mounting over the credibility and transparency of the country’s electoral processes. The United Democratic Front (UDF) is among the loudest voices calling for urgent reform — accusing the ECN of mismanagement, unaccountability, and even threats of intimidation toward political representatives.
The party’s Secretary General, Daniel Tsaneb, has made bold claims — including the complete loss of confidence in the ECN leadership and a demand for their immediate removal before the next election cycle begins.
