According to new figures from the Namibia Statistics Agency, our economy grew by N$4 billion over the past 12 months, pushing the total GDP to N$62.4 billion. But what does that really mean in practical terms? What’s the difference between real GDP and nominal GDP, and what can we read into growth in sectors like uranium versus declines in agriculture?
