June 13 marked International Albinism Awareness Day — a moment for the world to reflect on the challenges, progress, and advocacy for people with albinism. In Namibia, individuals living with albinism continue to face discrimination, stigma, and unique health and safety risks. Today, we were joined by Orben Muluti, Secretary General of the National Federation for People with Disabilities in Namibia (NFPDN), to assess the current state of people living with albinism and whether their lives are improving or not.
