Manuel Ngaringbombe unpacks six PDM lawmakers taking their party, the ECN and the NA to court

Six former Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) lawmakers are taking their party, the Electoral Commission of Namibia and the National Assembly to court, demanding over N$1.5 million each.

This comes after the former lawmakers argued they lost out on salaries, allowances and benefits had they been rightlfully sworn in as members of parliament at the start of the 7th Parliament.

We speak to the party’s secretary general Manuel Ngaringbombe on this issue.
