Marius Kudumo discusses the impact of the group of white South Africans granted refugee status in the USA

A group of 49 white South Africans departed their homeland on Sunday aboard a private charter flight to the United States, having been granted refugee status under a new program introduced by the Trump administration in February.
They are the first Afrikaners — members of the white minority group in South Africa — to be resettled under this initiative, following an executive order signed by the U.S. President Donald Trump on February 7.
