The upcoming regional and local authority elections are scheduled for 26 November, and among the youngest contenders is 21-year-old William Minnie, spokesperson of the Landless People’s Movement Youth Command.
He is running for a seat on the Mariental Local Authority, raising questions about youth participation in politics, readiness for leadership, and the priorities of Mariental residents. He joins desert FM to share his goals in this decision.
