Windhoek Residents Can Now Purchase 10-Metre Strips of Adjacent Land

The City of Windhoek has passed a resolution allowing residents to purchase 10-metre strips of land adjacent to their properties. This initiative aims to provide much-needed space for housing, business, and personal development, addressing limitations in small residential plots across the city.
