Windhoek activist gives city council five days to respond to residents’ petition

Social justice activist Sean Gariseb has given the City of Windhoek five days to respond to residents’ petition on municipal service delivery, land, housing and trading spaces.
Gariseb says the community expects meaningful engagement and practical solutions to the concerns raised.
