Sydwill Scholtz unpacks how to balance mental health challenges with job performance and labour rights
May 23, 2025
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s also Workers’ Month here in Namibia. That makes this the perfect time to address a growing concern in workplaces across the country: how do we balance mental health challenges with job performance and labour rights?

To help us navigate this sensitive and complex space, we’re joined this hour by public policy analyst Sydwill Scholtz, who will unpack the legal framework, best practices, and real-world challenges for both employees and employers in Namibia.
