The Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVA) says it has noted a spike in pedestrian related accidents across the country with the Khomas region leading in fatalities. This was expressed by the MVA Fund Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rosalia Martins Hausiku at a press conference yesterday.
