Rosa Namises unpacks rape of 12 year old boy by father

A man (64) from a village in the Ohangwena region has been arrested after he allegedly raped his son (12) at a traditional homestead on 17 May.
The suspect was arrested and made his first appearance in the Eenhana Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
He is charged under the Combating of Rape Act. This as Namibia is dealing with weekly reports of violence and rape against women and children.
