Political Parties yet to Public Manifestos

Barely three months away from a make-or-break national election, several political parties have yet to publish their manifestos.
Manifestos are manuals that contain the goals and vision of each political outfit with detailed outlines of what they would deliver once in power.
But up to now, most parties haven’t delivered their vision in fine print and have to make do with political party rallies where promises are spewed out.
Are manifestos now out of fashion?
