Namibia’s National Planning Commission (NPC) is shifting from NDP5 to formulate NDP6, following extensive regional consultations. Public expectations are high for NDP6 to rectify past issues and align with Vision 2030.

NPC advisor Sylvester Mbangu noted urgent structural problems from these engagements, including poor infrastructure, struggling public health, and housing backlogs.
