A senior official allegedly sneaked N$10 million into the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB)’s budget — without the knowledge of finance minister Erica Shafudah. The money has since been reallocated to youth development projects, but questions remain about how such a move was even possible in the first place.
