Namibian entrepreneur, economic diplomat and youth advocate Ndahafa Hapulile has been named an African youth ambassador and received the Patrice Lumumba Leadership Excellence and Integrity Award at the Africa Summit and Honours 2026 in Harare, Zimbabwe.
