Namibian MP Utaara Mootu to represent country at global changemaker academy

We spoke to Landless People’s Movement parliamentarian Utaara Mootu, who has been selected among 30 legislators worldwide to attend the Third Global Changemaker Academy in Bonn, Germany. She says the platform will allow Namibia to engage in global policy discussions on land rights, restoration, and equitable access, and she hopes to bring back solutions to tackle the country’s land and housing crisis.
