Naftal Sakaria on 26 drowings in the Oshana region

A total of 26 drownings have been recorded by the police in the Oshana region between January and May this year, with the majority of incidents occurring during the months of February and March.
Oshana police commander, Commissioner Naftal Sakaria, confirmed that 16 of the drownings took place between February and March alone.
