LPM Demands Accountability on Housing Delivery

The Landless People’s Movement says the government must account for the slow delivery of 10,000 promised low-income houses each year. LPM spokesperson Lifalaza Simata warns that even when houses are built, many low-income Namibians cannot afford them. He says transparency, proper planning, and giving people land to develop themselves are key steps to addressing the housing crisis.
