LAWYER MBANGA SIYOMUNDJI ON ‘FUELROT’ CASE

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) recently issued a warrant of arrest for Victor Malima, a key figure in the ongoing investigation into the N$480 million Namcor corruption scandal.

ACC spokesperson Josefina Nghituwamhata confirmed to Desert FM that Malima’s name has also been placed on a border alert, following rumours that he may be attempting to flee the country. The manhunt intensifies just as one of the other accused in the Namcor case is applying for bail.
