Junias Shilunga discusses the nurses union call for the immediate dissolution of the Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council

The Namibia Nurses Union (NANU) is calling for the immediate dissolution of the Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council (NMRC).
In a strong statement issued Thursday, NANU Secretary General Junias Shilunga accused the NMRC of serious violations of medicines legislation and approving unregistered pharmaceutical products. He states the council is undermining public health and risking lives by authorizing unscrutinized medicines.
