IPC Shadow Minister Lilian Muchenya Lutuhezi discusses psycho-social therapy for learners amid Okahandja murders

Various ministers have now descended on Okahandja to continue with community engagement as well as forge modalities for safer schools at the town in the wake of a spurt of murders, kidnappings and rapes.

Six year old Roslin Fabian, five year old Ingrid Maasdorp and 15 year old Beyonce were kidnapped, raped and murdered within the space of a month.

There are discussions of providing psycho-social therapy to the learners, as well as a hunt for the criminals.
