IPC blames Govt for Hardap accident

Independent Patriots for Change shadow minister for home affairs, immigration, safety, and security, Imms Nashinge, says government negligence has caused the horrific accident on the Mariental-Kalkrand road on Saturday.
The incident killed 16 people, mostly police and Namibian Correctional Service officers. Nashinge spoke to Desert FM about the matter.
