Herbert Jauch unpacks employment exclusion for people with disabilities

A GROWING number of people with disabilities say they feel abandoned and excluded from employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors, despite having the ability and willingness to work.

Several individuals with disabilities have told The Namibian they are continuously turned away or ignored when applying for jobs, with some saying they have spent years trying to secure employment without success.
